Canadian Red Cross Standard First Aid

Course Description

  • This two day program includes all of the content learned in the Emergency First Aid program. Additional topics include: head and spine  injuries, bone, muscle and joint injuries, wound care, sudden medical emergencies and environmental emergencies.
  • This program is recognized by Community Care Licensing to meet standards for Childcare facilities and Daycares.
  • SFA includes a CPR-C ticket.


  • Valid for 3 years upon successful completion of course.

Admission Requirements

  • Is recommended but not mandatory to be at least 16 years of age.
  • Complete the agency registration forms prior to course commencement. The forms must be completed entirely.
  • Provide a parent or guardian signature if under age 16.


  • $175.00 - Price includes textbooks, and all supplies (including a pocketmask)
  • There is no tax applicable on this course.
  • The non-refundable portion of your course fees is $40.

Your registration is considered "pending" until payment is received or guaranteed by a company.  Until this happens, you do not have a spot in the course.  We do accept Visa and M/C over the telephone or you can come into our office and pay cash or debit.



Time14-16 Hours - two days usually held 8:15AM to 4:30PM
If you are more than 15 minutes late for any course, your spot may be given away.

  • Nov 17 & 18 (Friday & Saturday)
  • December 9 & 10 (Saturday & Sunday)
